Welcome to MTI Car Rental. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile app, website (www.mticarrental.com), and related services (collectively, “Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Eligibility

By using our app or website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

You are providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information

2. Services Offered

MTI Car Rental offers:

Local taxi rentals

One-way and roundtrip outstation cabs

Airport transfer services

Corporate and custom travel solutions

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MTI.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our app, website, or customer support

Once a booking is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or app notification

MTI reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to vehicle unavailability, emergencies, or technical errors

4. Fares & Payments

Fares are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, duration, tolls, and applicable taxes

Final fare may differ based on actual usage or route deviation

Payments can be made via UPI, cards, wallets, or cash (if permitted)

MTI reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

MTI is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

6. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Be present at the pickup point at the scheduled time

Maintain respectful behavior with drivers and staff

Avoid causing damage to the vehicle

Not use the vehicle for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Not record or share personal driver information

Misuse of service may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Vehicle & Driver Conduct

MTI ensures that:

Vehicles are clean, licensed, and roadworthy

Drivers are trained, professional, and background-verified

However, we are not responsible for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure

Items lost or forgotten in the cab (though we help in recovery efforts)

8. Limitation of Liability

MTI Car Rental is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Trip delays or missed flights due to unforeseen events

Technical issues with the app or booking system

Acts beyond our control (natural disasters, riots, government restrictions)

Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and data on the platform are the intellectual property of MTI Car Rental. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
