1. Introduction

Welcome to MTI Car Rental – Moon Travels India. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

MTI Car Rental provides taxi booking and car rental services. By booking through our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned herein. Services include airport transfers, outstation cab booking, local taxi services, and customized rental services.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MTI Car Rental.
Customers are required to make full or partial payments during the booking process via our approved payment gateways.
Payment can be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other available methods.
The amount quoted during the booking process is inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
MTI Car Rental reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already accepted.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may cancel their bookings as per the cancellation policy.
If cancellations are made:
- 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking, a full refund will be processed.
- Within 24 hours of the booking, partial refunds may apply, depending on the service provider’s policy.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment.

5. Vehicle Availability & Conditions

Vehicle availability is dependent on the booking date and location. We endeavor to provide the vehicle of choice but reserve the right to offer alternatives if necessary.
MTI Car Rental ensures that all vehicles are serviced and in roadworthy condition at the time of the rental.
Drivers provided are licensed and experienced, and customers are expected to follow the driver’s instructions for safety purposes.

6. Usage of Service

The car rental is only valid for the duration specified in the booking confirmation.
Usage beyond the specified time or distance will be charged extra as per the tariff plan.
MTI Car Rental reserves the right to terminate services if any illegal activity or misuse of the vehicle is suspected.

7. Liability & Insurance

MTI Car Rental ensures that all vehicles have valid insurance coverage. However, MTI Car Rental will not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
- Delays caused due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any third-party claims arising due to accidents or incidents during the rental period.

8. User Responsibility

Users are expected to provide accurate information at the time of booking.
Users are responsible for their own safety and behavior during the ride. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the user will result in additional charges.

9. Privacy Policy

By using MTI Car Rental, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

MTI Car Rental reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or related to the services provided by MTI Car Rental shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
